Unpopular Opinion: Don’t Quit
I know it’s a bit of an unpopular opinion these days, especially when it feels like the ultimate goal is to reach a point where you can quit your job and focus solely on building your business or chasing other dreams. But here’s the thing — I don’t see anything wrong with continuing to work while also building your business or pursuing other interests.
It seems like there’s this widespread notion that success must be followed by a grand exit. The popular narrative is that once you’ve hit a certain level of success, the next logical step is to quit your job and dive fully into your side projects or entrepreneurial ventures. The idea is that you’ve “made it,” so you should move on to something bigger and better. But what if that’s not the only path? In my own experience, I’ve found that keeping my job while building my business has actually been incredibly rewarding.
